I feel like my blog went into quarantine when we all did. The blog's primary purpose was to be about the adventures that I went on with friends and exploring Dallas. Well, that took a turn real quick, and we have all had to adjust and make sense of this new reality.
With all the craziness that has been going on, I hope you are doing well. I know we have all had to find new ways to interact and entertain ourselves. I was lucky to have moved to a new apartment with my roommates, and decorating took up a lot of our time. I figured if we are going to be couped up might as well make it cute. Through a mixture of hair dying, trying new food recipes, movie watching, and DRAG RACE, we have started to get into a routine.
If you are like me, those activities can lose their appeal quickly. I have started branching out to different activities. From getting back into reading and starting DIY projects, I have found an outlet that sparks my creativity and keeps me busy. With wanting to get back into blogging and my endless hours of watching Youtube videos, I thought, why not bring crafting and blogging together.
I will be trying out different things like DIYs and lifestyle blog posts, and maybe even create videos. But I think that is what makes it exciting; there are no rules or limits to what I can create.
I have one small DIY that I will be posting in the next couple of weeks just to try it out. The next project will be our patio; we will be upgrading it and making it an actual usable space.
